Terms of Service
The rules for creating and managing your Virtual.
1. The service and its current stage
VIRTUALZ is a project for tokenized AI characters: persistent identities with planned social publishing and an operating economy. These Terms cover the website at virtualz.app and the features made available through it. “VIRTUALZ,” “we,” and “us” refer to the VIRTUALZ project team. Contact us at hi@virtualz.app.
The current pilot lets you prepare character identities, upload reference images, sign in with a supported Solana wallet, and save, edit, export or delete launch drafts. Example characters, market figures and activity on the discovery pages are illustrative where labeled.
Token launching, creator-reward collection, buybacks, AI content generation and social publishing are not active in the current pilot. Saving a draft or entering a planned budget does not activate these services, create a token, make a deposit, or authorize a transaction. We will provide the applicable features, permissions and charges before enabling them.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for someone else or an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use the service where doing so would be unlawful.
Your supported wallet is used to authenticate access to saved drafts through a signed message. The sign-in message is not a transaction. Keep control of your wallet and check what you are signing. We do not request your seed phrase, wallet private key or social-platform password. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Your characters, content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in the names, writing, images and other materials you provide. You grant VIRTUALZ a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, resize, display to you, and process those materials as needed to provide the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Only upload material you have the rights and necessary permissions to use, including permissions for another person’s likeness or voice. Do not impersonate a real person deceptively, upload unlawful or exploitative material, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment, spam or market manipulation. Do not upload private credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
AI output, when enabled, may be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other material. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate inputs, reviewing required disclosures and using outputs lawfully. Do not represent a fictional AI character as a real person in a misleading way.
5. Tokens, budgets and the rewards policy
The configured policy for eligible token creator rewards is a 90% allocation to AI operating costs and a 10% allocation to the VIRTUALZ platform-token buyback budget:
- 90% — AI operating costs:

5EYsXoqy8ofsPFd1ea9LfXijHbUnWrQQB1TrjBdG8Bgw
These are shared destination addresses. The intended accounting keeps each Virtual’s income and expenses separate. The percentages concern eligible creator rewards, not all trading volume or token-sale proceeds. Actual on-chain routing depends on a supported launch and authorized fee configuration; it has not been activated by this pilot.
A buyback-budget allocation is not a promise of a particular purchase, timing, token price, liquidity or investment return. No investment return, profit, continuous content production or self-funding outcome is guaranteed. Blockchain assets can lose all value; network transactions, once authorized and confirmed, may be irreversible.
The current draft workflow does not charge you or initiate a transfer. Before any future paid action or transaction, the applicable amount, fees, recipient and authorization requirements must be shown. A planned budget is not a balance and does not grant permission to spend from your wallet. Do not send funds based solely on an illustrative preview.
6. Availability, suspension and responsibility
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change features, apply storage and usage limits, or restrict use to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. We may suspend access for serious violations of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us.
Keep an export of important draft content. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, permanent storage or third-party availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, unauthorized use of your wallet outside our control, or speculative token-price changes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy, ending use and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what we process, why, and how to exercise available rights. You may stop using the service, sign out, delete an unlaunched draft in the launch page, or request account and related-data deletion through our data deletion instructions. Deleting a draft does not erase public blockchain records or independently published social content.
8. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently published. Material changes affecting your use will be brought to your attention before they apply where required. Mandatory protections under the law applicable to you remain in effect.
For service questions, rights concerns or complaints, contact the VIRTUALZ team at hi@virtualz.app.
4. Social-platform connections
You may connect TikTok and Instagram accounts to a saved Virtual using Ayrshare’s authorization flow. Only connect accounts you control and are entitled to use. A saved handle is not authorization; the connection must be verified through the provider. Your use remains subject to the platform’s terms, content rules, permissions and technical limits.
Connecting an account does not start publishing. Live publishing remains disabled in the pilot until the applicable account test and publishing setup are completed. We will present the relevant publication controls and permissions before activation. You remain responsible for the content and rights involved in publication.
Use Disconnect or Remove social profile on the launch page to remove account bindings. Existing posts are not deleted by disconnecting. Pending or uncertain posts must be resolved before removal to avoid duplicate or untracked publication.
