Data deletion

Control what you keep. Request removal when you leave.

Request deletion from VIRTUALZ

Email hi@virtualz.app with the subject VIRTUALZ data deletion request. Include the public wallet address associated with your drafts and say whether you want a specific draft, uploaded images, related account information, or all of your account data deleted.

If a social account has been connected, include the platform and handle so that we can locate its connection records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys or a seed phrase.

We may ask you to demonstrate control of the wallet or account before acting. We will explain any information we need and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Delete a draft yourself

  1. Open Launch a Virtual and sign in with the wallet that owns the draft.
  2. Select the saved draft from your draft list.
  3. If you have linked social accounts, first choose Remove social profile in the Social step. Resolve pending publication records with support if removal is blocked.
  4. Choose Delete draft and confirm.

This removes the saved, unlaunched draft. Images can remain as separate assets; email us for removal of unused uploads or complete account deletion. Signing out ends your session but does not delete saved drafts.

What deletion covers

Subject to applicable retention obligations, we remove the requested account-linked drafts, uploaded media and related records from active systems. Restricted backups normally rotate out within approximately nine days. We will explain if a specific legal or security requirement prevents immediate deletion of a record.

We cannot erase public blockchain records or remove content held independently by TikTok, Instagram, X or another service. Delete that content through the relevant platform. If you have authorized an app connection there, revoke it in that platform’s app-permissions settings as well.

Social profile removal deletes its provider profile and the corresponding active VIRTUALZ connection record. You can also disconnect individual networks. For publication history or a complete account-data deletion request, contact hi@virtualz.app. Live publishing is not activated in the current pilot.
